The stinging nettle is poking up out of the ground.  Its deep, rich, green leaves are wonderful as a cooked green, or in a nourishing herbal infusion.  I can hardly wait to harvest some and eat it.  If anyone out there wants some, we’ve got plenty to spare.  Here it is on a frosty morning.
