This week in the pack we are expecting to have: Spicy salad mix; carrots; lettuce; herb; cabbage or brussels sprouts; celery or parsnip or celeriac; tomatoes or peppers or eggplant; apples.

We had such an incredible time at Open Farm Day on Saturday.  It was sunny and warm.  We even shared a thanksgiving turkey at the end, with all the vegetables to go with it, of course.  Luckily, Helen was here taking photos and she has agreed to let me use them in this blog post.  Thanks Helen!  We also have a visitor from Edmonton named Cassie.  Cassie is a real farm girl, because she grew up helping her father on his farm.  She’s taught us a few things…
