We are really looking forward to that nice mild, warm weather that usually comes in May.  Here’s hoping.  It has been a bit of a muddy cold slog so far.  On the bright side — and there always is a bright side — we are so happy to welcome the new field crew!  Bruce is still with us, thank God.  We’ve welcomed Benjamin Lee along with his fast and focussed attention to seeding, transplanting, and any other farm job.  He is going to make a fine farmer.  Marshall is now here.  He will make a fine farmer too!  It is really nice to have people here who will start their own operations someday.  David really enjoys the mentoring experience and we know that everyone is learning and stretching every day.  Growth happens when we challenge each other and I would say that the most important growth is happening inside of each person here.
